Overview

Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa came to Meyocks looking to distinguish its brand from other medical providers in a local marketplace crowded with competition. Our solve was to develop a declaration of PCI’s ongoing commitment to a more patient-centric approach, across multiple channels.

Situation

Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa, a multi-specialty group of physicians and staff, improves the lives of patients in Eastern Iowa through a commitment to providing a superior healthcare experience. However, with competition mounting, PCI needed a reinvigorated brand position that would allow the brand to be known as the first choice for better specialty care.

Solution

Meyocks recognized the opportunity to launch a campaign that showcased PCI’s ongoing commitment to a more patient-centered approach. Meyocks helped PCI develop an integrated campaign that put a stake in the ground by announcing exactly what the PCI care experience stands for across TV, radio, print, outdoor and online. The integrated campaign featured several physicians demonstrating their devotion to their patients to reiterate PCI’s vision of relentlessly providing a better healthcare experience.

Results

In the first three months alone, PCI’s digital campaign drove more than 5,600 new visits to Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa’s website. PCI’s paid search campaign garnered a click through rate more than double the healthcare industry’s benchmark. And, on Facebook, more than 80,000 users watched PCI’s commercial in its entirety — driving positive social engagement.
