August 2023

Meyocks, a leading branding and marketing agency, has named veteran communications professional, Beth Davis, as public relations lead. In her new role, Davis will be responsible for overseeing PR strategy for the agency’s robust client roster of food, agriculture, health and mentor brands.

Davis joins Meyocks after a five-year stint at FINN Partners, where she was vice president of public relations and Florida operations director. Under her charge the agency’s Fort Lauderdale office was named Agency of the Year in 2019, 2020 and 2021 by the Public Relations Society of America’s Greater Fort Lauderdale chapter. During her time in Florida, Davis served numerous health and life science clients, including BioFlorida, FastMed Urgent Care, Healogics, MD Now Urgent Care, Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience, Meharry Medical College and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Davis spent the first decade of her career dedicated to food and agricultural clients, formerly holding PR positions at AdFarm and Osborn Barr Paramore. During that time, she led campaigns spanning many sectors, including animal health, biotechnology, crop production and machinery, for a variety of clients such as American Farm Bureau Federation, Bayer Crop Science, California Citrus Mutual, Compass Minerals, Elanco Animal Health, International Harvester, Merck Animal Health, Minnesota Pork Board and the USDA.

“Beth has a proven record of delivering results for clients and being a strong mentor for other team members,” says Doug Jeske, president of Meyocks. “She has a wealth of experience applicable to our clients, and I am excited to have her leadership at Meyocks.”

Davis was an adjunct professor for eight years after earning her master’s degree in marketing communications and journalism from the University of Kansas. An advocate for education, Davis also served on the Professional Advisory Board for the University of Miami School of Communication for three years.
