In this position, you would develop brand communications plans and creative direction for several of our agency’s clients. You would use research to identify and articulate customer insights, make strategic and tactical recommendations, and help evaluate the recommendations of other functional specialists on client-focused teams. In addition, you would inspire and inform the creative development process, and take a lead role in developing and presenting brand communications plans to clients. And, we’d like you to do all this in brave, beyond-the-expected ways to help ensure the agency delivers on its brand promise.

  • 8+ years of experience in a corporate brand management/marketing role, advertising agency or brand consultancy
  • Retail/food category experience required (multiple category experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies that yield customer insights
  • Strong understanding of all brand communications disciplines
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, engagement, strong work ethic and resilience a must
